In 1999 Livingstone came to the United States to go to seminary in Little Rock, AR. where he met Bro. Joe and Sis. Katie Hellums where a life long relationship began.
Power Missionary Baptist Church began in June 2005 and is the Mother church to Tanzanian Missions. Bro. Livingstone Lambert is not only the Pastor of this church but is also following God’s vision to bring and “Reaching the people of Tanzania with the Gospel of Jesus Christ”.
God continued to impress Bro. Lambert to spread the Gospel throughout Tanzania. Since 2011, five new Mission Points have begun and are thriving for His Kingdom.
In 2018, with the desire, leading and help from God, Power Missionary Baptist School began.

The sponsoring church for Tanzanian Missions is New Liberty Missionary Baptist Church located in Beebe, AR.
For the past twenty years, Bro. Joe and Sis. Katie Hellums have led the state side support for Tanzanian Missions. The newly created Mission Team will be assisting them in getting out the news and requests of Tanzanian Missions.
The mission team relies on Bro. Lambert’s guidance with the direction from God for the mission for Tanzania.
