Once Livingstone completed seminary in 2005, he returned to Dar se Salaam and started a Power Missionary Baptist Church in his garage at his house in June 2005.

In June 2006 they poured concrete for a church and held church services under a circus tent. Power Missionary Baptist Church was completed in 2011.

Since 2011 many lives have been changed and baptisms have taken place at his church.
